Rainer Sturm
Chief Financial Officer
Rainer has more than 25 years financial management experience in Corporate functions, Start-ups and in the Venture Capital Industry.
He started his career at Bertelsmann AG and joined 2008 Global Life Science Ventures (GLSV), an international Venture Capital Fund. At GLSV he gained experience in venture capital financing of life science companies and was involved in many financing transactions and exits via IPO and trade sales. In the previous 10 years before joining Ariceum Rainer was CFO of various innovative diagnostic (numares AG) and drug-development companies (HMNC Brain Health) and lead financing rounds with over EUR 55 mio. raised capital, built and developed the financial organization and prepared the companies for further growth and an IPO.
