Senior Team

Jürgen Fleck, PhD

Head of Development Operations

Jürgen joins us from Recordati where he built a strong global clinical operations team. He has more than 20 years of operational and leadership experience from Ardeypharm, Pfizer, Actelion and Novartis, including a secondment as Head of Clinical Operations at AAA. Jürgen has conducted trials spanning all phases of clinical development across several therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular, endocrinology, and oncology.

Jürgen holds a PhD in biology from Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany.
