Anika Jäkel, PhD
Head of Translational Biology and Non-Clinical Pharmacology
Anika holds a degree in Biology and a PhD in Immunology from the Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany. After her post-doc at the Robert Koch Institute studying a therapeutic cancer vaccine and T cell responses, she joined the biotech industry in 2016 and worked initially on the pharmacological assessment of bispecific antibody constructs. In 2018, Anika became Head of the Preclinical Pharmacology group at Glycotope where she was responsible for the preclinical development of various antibody-based therapeutics and also gained experience as program lead. Anika is part of the Ariceum team since December 2022.
