Senior Vice President and Head of Operations
Tom started his 35-year industry career in diagnostics in 1985 and transitioned to pharmaceuticals in 1996. During a fifteen-year career at Roche, Tom held a variety of positions including Senior Global Project Manager, UK Project Management Group Site Head and was a member of the UK Site Leadership Team. Tom joined Norgine in 2011 where he was a Therapy Area Director and member of the senior governance committee that had oversight of the Norgine portfolio.
In 2018, he joined Ipsen as Director, Global Program Leader Oncology where he helped to establish the radiopharmaceutical franchise before transitioning to Ariceum in 2022. Tom has been responsible for the development and launch of several diagnostic products as Project Leader (Amerlite anti-HBs and HAV IgM), a number of medicinal products as Global Project Manager (Herceptin, Avastin and Bondronat) and the registration and launch of MUGARD (medical device), MOVICOL Ready to Take and LYMPHOSEEK as Therapy Area Director. Tom is an Executive Committee member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Project Management Group (former Chairman) and a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences.
